thank you for reading this! please keep in mind that i am a school student, and i may not always have time to talk with you or work on your commission. please also keep in mind that my artstyle is heavily inspired by stickman media and is quite messy and dark, so dont expect me to draw anything cutesy.
i, as the artist...
- have full rights to my work. unless you ask me not to, i am allowed to post the art of your commission on my socials and portfolio
- have full rights to decline/cancel your commission if i feel its necessary to do so (yes i will refund you if you have paid and the commission is cancelled)
- will respect your online status. if youre on dni, i wont contact you about the commission unless told otherwise
- will tell you if i feel a design is complex, and ask you if you want me to simplify it (since complex designs cost extra)

- must refrain from trying to rush me. as said before, i am a school student and will not always have time to keep in touch with you

payment
payment is upfront and i only accept payment through paypal. i expect you to pay in usd or the equivalent exchange rate if youre paying in a different currency. DO NOT ASK TO PAY IN ANY OTHER WAY.
refunds
no refunds are available after the sketching phase, no exceptions. however, if for some reason im unable to finish your commission, you will have full rights to a refund.
revisions
major revisions may be done for free in the sketching phase. after that you will have to pay for major revisions, though minor revisions are free. please dont be afraid to let me know if i miss any details at any point.
delivery
currently i dont have an exact rate on how quickly i can get commissions done, but keep in mind that i dont do deadlines.
use
personal use only. please also credit me when using my art. do not use it non-personally (though i may be up to negotiation for commercial use, like in streams for example). DO NOT FEED MY WORK TO AI.
